6th seed in the NBA. Jack Twyman made All-Rookie 1st Team. He'll be a suitable replacement i guess if Macauley walks lol.

5-3 to close out the year.
Lost to the Cougars by 13. LBJ had 27/7/6/1. Beat the Bulls by 10. Noel had 33/17/2/3/3, Gress had 16/6/18/2, and LBJ almost dropped a triple-double. Beat the Squires by 11. LBJ, Gress, and Noel all had double-doubles. Lost to the Braves by 20. Noel had 21/14/2/1. Beat the Spirits by 9. LBJ had 32/9/5/2. Lost to the Bulls by 10. Noel had 29/12/2/3. Beat the Bullets by 9. Gress had 24/4/10/2. Westbrook went down. Beat the Warriors by 6. Mayo had 20/6/3/7 in Westbrook's place.
We'll be facing the Bucks in the first round. We lost three times to them in the regular season, two of which were blow-outs, and won once by a point. Should be a pretty easy sweep for Milwaukee.
No awards for anyone this year. No player of the week, month, or seasonal awards.

George Jack, or maybe its Jack George, made 2nd team all-rookie. held off the squires for the 4th position pre-lotto. not a bad season.

Well, 7-1 sim was nice but losing to the Pipers in a 1 vs 1 matchup is a bit disappointing. Main thing is we managed to avoid an injury pre-playoffs.
Awards: 6th Man of the Year - Tobias Harris (deservedly so as he back-ups up everything pretty much) 1st Team PF - Alex Murphy (so well rounded but shooting percentages dipping) 1st Team Def PF - Alex Murphy (obviously) 1st Team Def PG - Russell Gilstrap (4 steals, 2 blocks in last game seal the deal)
Now here's to hoping we can make a run injury free throughout the playoffs. Good luck to all the NBA teams.

It's always nice to win the division. We lost more than I would have liked over the course of the year, but a division crown is still a division crown. Our first round sees us play our old "nemesis" the Oakland Oaks. The fact that they're missing Big Brook is significant. I'll be interested to see if they play Jabari or Gay at SG to match-up with Curry. This is going to be a good match-up. I'm also interested in seeing what happens in the post with Aldridge/Hll facing Drummond/Kile. Good luck Oaks. As for awards, Steph Curry was 1st Team All-AvN as well as 1st Team All-Defense at SG. He was the league leader in points (33.9) and steals (2.6) per game. He was top 5 in FG% and top 3 in FT%. It was a tough vote for MVP this year. In the closest vote in the history of AvN Serge Ibaka won by a single vote over Steph Curry. Curry did have one of the best seasons ever at his position. No, he's not the best ever. I'm just saying he's putting up numbers and impacting games like the best SGs that we've seen. He's certainly the best Denver Nugget ever. Lets hope he can continue to put up big numbers in the off season. Good luck everyone still in the hunt! Let's go ABA!!
