I agree. I hate trading a young stud for anything less than a young stud, but that's how value works in this league. You pick a guy #1, he turns into a HOF-type player, and then you trade him for a guy you hope will be a multi-time all-star. So, let the rebuild begin. I'm tired of losing in the first and second round and it's obvious that as many times as I was going to make the playoffs, Noel wasn't going to lead me to a title. Now who wants Rondo/Gress/Westbrook?
