*The GM should make the request to the commish of the league he wants to switch to
*The commishes determine proper compensation based on the talent/record of the GM in question, then it is up to the GM whether he wants to go through with it
*Allowed one switch per 5 sim years..

it doesnt have to be a gm for gm switch.. there can be an opening that one league wants to fill too.. its something that will get worked out between commishs

Don't get too excited just yet...both commishes have to sign off on compensation (draft picks for the team losing the GM most likely), as does the GM being moved. I wouldn't expect this to happen much, if at all. Its just nice to have the option available if the situation arises.

I don't know about all that...how fresh are these burritos? If they are well made, high class burritos, you might be worth 3/4 of one, but definitely not 2. If they are Taco Bell burritos that have been sitting out a couple hours, that might be a different story.
