4-4 sim!! Muggsy Bogues is proving me wrong and shows he can be a more than capable starting PG!! Mullin, Richmond and Thorpe playing well, need more production from Manute though... Turnovers and lack of Reb are killing us...

went 10-1 with my only loss being a 1 point heart breaker to San Diego. had some big time wins headlined by a 40 point domination of the Braves. DJ may not be able to pass as well as he used to, but man that guy can still light it up. Pat is starting to look like a premier big in the league and MJ is still MJ

Fantastic Start at 8-5
Split 2 games each with the Kings and the Pistons ...Cant be mad about that...
Heres what im mad about ...Stars beat me...Jordan 1 Reggie 2 ...All time regular season wins...Mihovil Nakic went for 30 against me, and picked up 9 boards...MJ said later his poor shooting performance 7-28 was largly due too Millers relentless running around and defensive tenasity...
Negatives: Were last in assists per game, a lot of individual scoring going on...
Positives: 6th in ppg, 3rd in rpg, 1st in spg, 5th in bpg,

what a start to the season, it took my starting PG exactly 9 minutes into the season to break his leg and miss the next 50 days. Sleepy, you suck. Geoff was a solid replacement averaging 16/7/9, but the team balance was notably hurt. Willie Anderson is on his way to ROTY, averaging 16/6/3 on .560 shooting and playing above average defense. He was on par with MJ in the two Stars games, which is awesome for a rook. Lenny Bias still has some growing up to do. Near triple double one game, close to 10 TOs the next. 18/8/5 looks good on paper but impact player he's (still) not. Wayman Tisdale meanwhile continues to exceed expectation. Sure his rebounding sucks, 7.3 wont cut it for a PF. But 20ppg shooting .541 / .871 against some of the best big men in the league is pretty fine. His defense was good too, allowing opposing PFs just 15/8, and only 4 of 12 of them shot 50% or better. Positives: Being 3-3 on the road. Among the top in scoring, rebounding, assists. 2nd in the league in FG% (.492) while allowing only .434 shooting. Negatives: 2-4 at home. -10 diff of STL/TO. Too young ... Overall our 5-7 record sucks. Sure, I could see some positives, like "only" losing 4 of those games by 1, 1, 2, 5 (for a combined 9 points), but it will get worse before it can get better. Next sim we play 5 road games (including Jazz, Kings, Squires) and no home games. Go figure ...

My team can't score enough, and apparently can't defend all that well either. Hopefully Birdsong will help with both of those categories. I'm pretty thin with my bigs also. Strickland has been great though.
Min 37.2 Pts 13.1 Reb 5.7 Ast 7.4 Stl 1.2 Blk 0.3 TO 1.9 FG % .406(ouch) FT % .773 3pt% .417(better than field goal)
