Horray its going up.. I know 1 gm who's gonna love where he's at in the standings HOU @ 20-4? Standings aren't up, but that is very nice. His team is playing great right now. Mine hasn't been the same since I dealt Sobers last year before the All-Star break. 2 more losses gives me 5 already. It took almost half a season to lose that many last year...

interesting sim.
played all 5 games on the road, with mixed results
1) blowout loss to the Pacers. this one was over after around 8 minutes when we were down 20. Starting C Randy Breuer joined Sleepy on the sideliens and TISDALE (!!) took over. Yikes ...
2) had the home-Jazz on the ropes, leading by 8 in the 4th, before Nique brought them back. A loss with some positives.
3) Finally got a road win vs. 76ers. Tisdale is closing in on his first triple double. and Al Dutch is underrated.
4) Another blowout loss to the Kings. McHale fouled out Al Dutch in 13 minutes, and then had big fun with Tisdale. But not completely unexpected.
5) My frontcourt dominated a strong Squires team from start to finish, Breuer with 38/13 and Dutch with 13/15 and 4 blocks. Tisdale chipping in 17/7 from the bench.
so 2-3 this sim, not bad. 7-10 is horrible (especially considering we went 8-9 in preseason with Floyd, Bias and Breuer resting), but we've played just 6 home and 11 road games, with two starters injured for some time.

stupid mistake means i have to wait one more sim to see what effect my trade has. sorry Blazers. Team is doing well, leading the ABA for now though i expect the race to be tight as always with the Spurs and the Colonels for that honor
side note: has anyone noticed how the Pistons have turned into the Braves of the last few seasons? a beast frontcourt made especially nasty by should-be 4 or 5 Nance playing the 3, with a good-on-paper-but-somewhat-underachieving backcourt? i think prez should be sueing for "team composition idea" copyright infringement

YES. I'm 11-11 after 2 sims. I have this strange symbol next to my team name when I hit playoff standings. Anyone know what that means? i haven't seen it for a few years.

8-5 after I went back to a normal DC after trying something diffrent in Sim 1. Benjamin missed 3 games and will miss 24 more witha torn hammy, hurts us alot but we think we have the depth to fight through it.

My take on the season is as follows, Slow and steady wins the race. Any sim over 500 is a great one this season...
Dynamic Duo
John Stockton: 25.6ppg 9.5 apg 55 percent from downtown Reggie Miller: 12.8 ppg 6 rpg 2.1 spg Jordan Stopper, Silent Assasin, Cobra Clutch, The Knick Killer,
Dominqiue Wilkins is playing well as a third threat too..24.4 ppg 6.7 rpg....
Houston your playing well but whats Hornacek going too do when he has the task of guarding # 31...? Hope I face you 1st rnd...bud.
