And GMs with picks 3-8 should send lists to the guy doing the draft immediately to keep things moving.

What is the rush with the Draft on Thursday? It would be stupid to have people send in lists. Although there is someone on the waiting list, maybe they should get the Cougars.

Heh seems stupid to wait 3 days for some guy to pick between 2-3 of the very top guys in the draft but hey, if he's slow and you're happy, more power to everyone involved.
