Considering we have 3 open teams, and delaying sims makes those of us who haven't been in the league for a long time less interested and gives the impression that the league doesn't get things done on time and thus isn't worth being apart of, maybe we shouldn't delay sims anymore. Unless, of course, work or family related stuff comes up for Warriors.
Just my 1.5 cents

Well I'm just asking for 20 + dc's which means we need just 2 more to get to that point. I don't want to delay the sim. If you see a couple of the gms online message them to remind them if you could so we can meet the goal.

Just saying in the future we shouldn't delay them. Unless Warriors has a real life problem, which everyone understands. For a new GM who has no connection to the league, delayed sims have to be one of the biggest turn offs. 3 sims a week is perfect. It's the kind of league I want to play in. But it seems a lot of these leagues out there now do 5 sims a week. People like sims. If you are a playoff team you want to see how good you are doing. And if you are a rebuilding team you want the season to be over ASAP. Delaying sims for an arbitrary DC count when most GMs in the league have been here for 30+ seasons, which is a clear sign of activity and commitment, doesn't make sense. If we had a line of GM's waiting to get in the league, then kicking people out for missing DCs and delaying sims would be more reasonable.

Well I think we have been not over the top on kicking people out for dc's but we should try to get a respectable number for new gms to see there is activity.
