So, if this vote holds true... do we go one more season? Or is this it?
Also... is it random order or what? how many teams? if 22... i am good with it being the 22 who were here the longest (even if it excludes me). then i'll jump on waiting list. lol

even determining who has been here the longest could be tricky.... several GMs joined early, quit and then came back in more recent years.... Would they count it from when they first started or when they last joined a team?

True... I was thinking something start date, post, etc. related... I'd assume 7 of the 29 wouldn't be in (a few who just joined past season or two are easy to eliminate).

Honestly though, unless its going to be multiple teams fighting over the same team, I feel like we don't have to go too in-depth on all that.

Bulls are new and willing to fill an expansion spot if the 22 are taken by vet's. That seems fair to me.

I believe it would go by level of interest or activity on determining that.

Considering only 21 cared enough to vote, and then count the Claws since hes been here a good while and has always been a good GM.
As for team selection, I say seniority.
For picks, it has to be randomized in order to ensure fairness overall. No favoritism in this respect. I also agree that we should do one more season with the current teams while we are doing the fantasy draft. That way, those who voted to stay the same have the option of giving it another go.
But would the draft be snake or straight up?

If it wasn't snake then there would be an unbalance in talent since the same teams would receive the best players in each round.

Yep. Gotta snake. You can't have a fair draft without a good "reach around" now can you?
The seniority thing is solid to determine who gets what team, but I don't think it's necessary unless there's a real fight. I mean, no one is really going to argue with me (I'm assuming Tao moves on) when I call dibs on the Trailblazers. I mean, really? Of course not.

when I call dibs on the Bulls, I'm assuming I'll have to battle someone.....
