Thanks, just waiting for the approval tonight from Bulls, then hopefully we can get this thing up and running.

Is there a way to sort by Attributes and Im just missing it, or no? Unfortunately there is not. Unlike the previous program, when this one uploads Draft Prospects are not able to be sorted. For those unfamiliar with the color system for current and future potential/ratings the spectrum is as follows: Red=Bad Orange Yellow Green Blue Purple=Awesome

Does anyone else feel like ratings are inflated? At least compared to ABCA, it seems like we're building ourselves up for an immediate problem of having players possessing too many A grades. Even young guys have A+ grades scattered.

Slow down people... wow. We have so many things to work out before we start drafting. Yikes.

Let's get some polling going then if there are things to be sorted out... or will the commish/committee/powers-that-be just let us know what's up? I'm an advocate of democracy, but if there are rules dictated to us, well... I'm good with that too.
AT the end of the day, I want to get this thing moving, but I don't want to compromise the league's future just to get it underway now.

Does anyone else feel like ratings are inflated? At least compared to ABCA, it seems like we're building ourselves up for an immediate problem of having players possessing too many A grades. Even young guys have A+ grades scattered. I noticed that too. I had some concerns, but then started wondering about how this league differs from ABCA. (1) I think the biggest difference is the amount of players brought in each draft. I mean, in ABCA they're pulling together 3 draft classes at a time v. the one class at a time in here. That's significant because picks 1-15 are going to be HOF or at least All-Star players. (2) We're talking about a creation draft and I think the ratings should be somewhat higher to begin because we're talking about established stars. The league needs to have talent from day one. I see what you mean though with respect to the young guys. I mean, Adrian Dantley is going to be a top 10 scorer in the league and he's only 20. (3)Moving off of the end of #2 above, why not incentivize the creation draft by upping young guys like Dantley. I mean, why not make these young guys studs? It's like we're getting a bunch of draft classes all at once instead of over a long period of time. I think given #1 and #2 above that it makes sense to have high ratings for dudes in the league already, then build to that slowly with one class at a time so the talent moving in replaces the older guys moving out. None of this is likely coherent, but in sum, I think the ratings are good and even if it's a little high and draft classes are scaled back accordingly, it doesn't hurt the league long-term. It just means the players that started the league were the best the league sees. Nothing wrong with that.

If I read right in discussions earlier, the drafts are already in the game, so ratings would be consistent to this creation draft. Guys like Dantley were scorers from season 1, so it doesn't bother me if he is a stud on offense right now. I am excited about the changes, whether it be the move to the new game, to smaller things like rating changes and the cap being much smaller.

I'm learning that with this new game, is that it is more about the system you run rather than the grades of the player. Because the game is so detail oriented, you can get away with have three F's on a guy and they still put up all-star numbers. At least thats what Im getting from it.
As for the draft classes, you can go edit them. Thats what JScott is doing right now in ABCA.

I figured you could, but with the creation draft there are to many players. To stay consistent with it weshouldnt messtoomuchwith them.
