Draft Question - How long do we have to make our pick?

I see the draft is set to "officially" begin at 4 PST (7 EST) so be there for the draft while drinking a pint and watching the USA/Honduras match.

That said, how long do we have on each pick once we start? 5 mins? Depends on if you're online? Any guidance is helpful since, well it's the middle of the day for us West-siders and it's happening at the same time as the USA/Honduras match.
