*If you miss 3 straight depth charts or 2 parts of the off season in a row without any notice you are eligible to be replaced
*If you do not send in a draft list for a lotto pick you are eligible to be replaced
*Basically if your just not into your team, or do not show any desire to improve your team or be active you can be replaced. We just ask that you care, and communicate to us if your a little busier than usual
*if you do not even log in for more than a week without letting someone know you can be replaced.
No Tanking Policy
*Your best players must play
*Team with the worst record is not eligible for the first pick, if they get it in the lotto they then swap picks with the 2nd pick.
*If you do not make the playoffs for 5 seasons in a row you are eligible to be replaced - this is a newer rule
Trading rules
1) caps must match in the game
2) Still no tanking trades (ie better expiring for worse expiring)
3) Depth charts must be posted with the updated trades in order for them to get processed. Please just edit your dc if you've already posted it don't need to post it twice.
4) You must have at least 1 first every other year
5) all trades are not final unless a reason is posted and both teams post the trades separately (no quoting)
6) No ppt's are allowed to be traded
7) teams involved in a trade cannot cut a player for the other team to sign. No trade back and forth to get around the cap. Basically you trade a guy you won't be allowed to trade for him back at all during the season.
8) Only 1 FA can be signed to make a trade work. If you sign multiple FAs to deal later there is a 2 sim waiting period AFTEr the simmed you signed them in in order to deal multiple guys, ask if your not sure.
If i missed anything ill add, but basically if your trying to cheat your way around the salary cap its not gonna work. otherwise enjoy..
