Your can only sign 1 Free agent in the first 24 hours after training camp is done and completed. for the first 24 hours after TC is completed and uploaded. After that it is all fair game to sign as many as you can to fill your roster.

One thing to consider with the new FBB3, is that players will not automatically sign with a team. You no longer can just offer a minimum deal and they sign. You have to make an offer and sometimes they just say no and stay as a FA.

there are a lot of small changes. a big one is that you get pm's, within the game, during the season will information about players wishing to re-sign, or whether you wish to terminate rookie contracts.
