In order for a trade to be processed, these things must be taken care of.
-Both teams must post the entire trade (No quoting)
-Both teams must give a reason why they agree to the trade
-The salaries of the players being traded must be within 15% for a trade to work with the cap.
-Before a trade will be processed Both teams must update and fix there depth charts to reflect the new rosters.
-If a team trades a draft pick, they must have a draft pick either the previous or next season. A team cannot have consecutive seasons without a draft pick.
-A trade will not be processed if one team is doing the trade just to get worse. For example you cannot trade a expiring player for a worse expiring player. You must get some value in the deal, or it is just tanking.
-For the Creation Draft, be sure to maintain 12 picks so everything goes smoother.
