As we all know, the draft was really difficult to keep track of, because the game didn't allow you to trade picks. As such, all of the trades had to be noted down by the commissioners, and done after the draft was over.
Thus, there's definitely some room for error. I'm not questioning the competency of the Commissioners (hell, I couldn't keep track of it), but you should definitely double-check your trades for your own sake, just to make sure. So we don't have any snafus down the road.
