2002 Season Awards - Post all upgrades below.. You don't need to post on rookie potential upgrades.. all other upgrades CANNOT be on potential

*apparently i need to be clear on when these upgrades need to be done.. if you have a player your calling up and want the upgrades do them before the call up.. if not do them prior to the next seasons tc so i can do them then as some dleague upgrades i do right away (for the guys getting called up) while the others i do all at once prior to the next seasons dleague tc
